Business or residential customers will receive bottled water deliveries on specific days of the week depending on your water usage and geographic location. If at anytime a customer will not be available on their delivery day, please inform our office with specific instructions on where you would like us to leave your new order and to pick up the empty bottles. An invoice will be left with your delivery. If at anytime, you would like to change your order (i.e., to add or reduce the amount of bottles delivered, to suspend deliveries during your vacations, or to request drinking cups), please notify us before your next scheduled delivery day. However, we cannot be responsible for missing bottles or bottles damaged by weather-related conditions.
Customers are also welcome to come by our office to purchase all of their bottled water needs at a reduced plant price.
